The VH Series is a 3 stage, oil free, water cooled compressor designed for the PET bottle blowing industry. It offers a neatly arranged compressor system which provides maximum oil free air capacity in the smallest available footprint.

The VH Range is also available as a complete package including all essential ancillary items such as starter control panels with PLC logic systems, energy efficient motors, air dryer, air receiver, filters and optional cooling systems to suit all site conditions.

Belliss & Morcom’s WH series of high pressure compressors provides the highest performance and lowest TCO possible. Featuring a unique shaftless motor, the WH series provides zero drive losses, while simplifying maintenance by removing the need to tension belts and replace couplings; lowering the total cost of ownership of the compressor.

Our continuing program of product research and development assures that each Gardner Denver compressor includes the latest advancements in oil-less compressor technology. Internal moving parts in the V&W Oil-Less design are protected from wear without conventional lubrication. Crankshaft and rod bearings are lubricated by exclusive sealed, solid synthetic lubricants. Pistons move on alloyed heat-resistant filled Teflon guide and compression rings. The result is low maintenance, high durability and pure, oil-less air!

Founded on slow-speed, 1800 rpm design principles the new Electra Saver II G2 rotary screw compressors feature super-sized bearings and up to 40 percent larger airends than the competition. The larger airends, running at slower speeds, maximize efficiency and reduce wear and tear, while the permanent alignment of the airend and motor ensure maximum coupling and bearing life.
